What does Hoopcare do for me?
We connect to your medical records using national Health Information Exchange networks. Our AI reviews the file and highlights things you can fix before surgery — missing labs, risky medications, anemia, infection or nutrition concerns, and more. You receive a simple report you can share with your surgeon and anesthesiologist.
Is this a medical clearance?
No. This is an informational safety review — not a diagnosis, prescription, or formal surgical clearance. Use it to prepare questions, confirm next steps, and get the best with your clinicians.

What if Hoopcare finds nothing?
You get a full refund — no questions asked. If your report contains no specific flags or next steps, ask for a refund within 7 days. Reply to your receipt email or write to support@hoopcare.com — include the email used to purchase. We refund to the original payment method.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. We follow HIPAA rules — encryption in transit and at rest. You control sharing — you can stop sharing or delete your data at any time. We never sell your personal health information.
